After a nice relaxing stroll around the square we stopped for gelato. They had a wide variety of flavors and it was DELICIOUS.

100 years of story. Not the usual gelato but also a mix of feelings. I recommend the cialda. Yogurt-cream, mixed berries in an artisan cone.

Stopped for a snack while waiting for train. Had a banana split which was nice. Vanilla, chocolate and strawberry gelato with chocolate syrup dribbled about. Not like home but good on a sunny day.

....we shared a banana split. It was simple but good on a warm day. Great spot to hang out and people watch while you are in the town.

This ice cream will be a treat, especially if you've just crossed from Switzerland on the Bernina Express as the Swiss cannot make decent ice cream. Also, it's half the price of what you get in Switzerland. Maybe not the best I've ever had, but...More
