- Mark hLeeds, United Kingdom131 contributionsGreat spot for a chilled out vibeWe called in for a coffee having biked from tigkaki and found the place had a cool laid back morning vibe…great for breakfast and a real treat to find thanks to our bike rental guy. We went back for lunch and the food was great . Thank youVisited October 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 7 October 2023
- 458leeBoston, United Kingdom29 contributionsAfternoons in this great bar.Love this place , spent most afternoons here on the beach and eating and drinking in the restaurant .Although it was nearly the end of the season all were polite and engaging and worked non stop. Background music low key creating a good atmosphere. Excellent food. ( should be noted that some on the beach need to speak to the staff in the correct manner and clear there crap up when they leave).Visited October 2023Travelled with friendsWritten 13 October 2023
- Katie MLowestoft, United Kingdom12 contributionsLovely visitWe visited for the day as two couples. We arrived early and hadn’t booked sun beds but the chap was very accommodating in finding us space. The beach is lovely although it is stony so water shoes are a must to save your feet! We didn’t eat but had a few drinks while enjoying the beach. The drinks were a little overpriced but the smoothies were particularly nice. They come to you to take drink orders etc and the service was a little slow but the staff were very friendly. A app to order would be an excellent idea as all sun beds are numbered and it would save waiting. Toilet facilities are lovely and clean. We would have loved to have tried the food and visited in the evening but our week just went to quickly! Some lovely spaces to take photos etc in the bar areaVisited June 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 12 June 2024
- Alice HLefkada, Greece12 contributionsOkay. Better beach clubsHad really high expectations for this beach club and was quite disappointed. Don’t get me wrong, we had a lovely day, the weather was amazing and to be honest, who doesn’t like sitting on a lounge in the sun in Greece. However, I do think the service was a huge let down. We had previously been to Artemis Heaven in Kos and the staff were sooo attentive and helpful, and overall the vibe just felt better. Artemis is also are more affordable and more spaced out, so was upset to finish on this beach club for our last day. It was still beautiful, but wouldn’t bother going back.Visited June 2024Travelled with friendsWritten 28 June 2024
- KeySheffield, United Kingdom490 contributionsExpensive bit of luxury chill timeYes the reviews are correct this place is very expensive but it a beautiful place to be and nice for one off bit of holiday luxury chill time. The sunbeds with the table in between them are €20 for two that’s the price stated on the signs as there was four of us I’m not sure what happens if you’re an odd number for instance does one person have to pay €20 and have a spare bed next to them? Anyways as I was saying it’s a beautiful taverna with a beautiful relaxing beach spot. Staff come around all day taking your food and drink orders then bring the to your beds. Beers come in iced glasses, bottles come in ice buckets and complimentary snacks (monkey nuts, potato crisps) are brought to the table with drinks. The beach is shingle the views are gorgeous and there’s lots of fish to snorkel with. We ordered some lunch here in the form of salmon cream cheese avocado bagels and southern fried chicken tenders and home made crinkle cut chips the food was delicious but also very pricey. We’re one of those families that save up all year so that when we go on holiday we don’t have to worry about costs and we had the most relaxing chilled out day of our holiday here so I would recommend Mylos for a holiday treat it’s a little taste of paradise.Visited August 2024Travelled with familyWritten 27 August 2024

Very welcoming team, had a really nice warm but stylish vibe, with great music. Loved the decor, great cocktails and delicious pizza. Would recommend and would love to try during the day.Visited September 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 12 September 2024
- Carlito Fandango57 contributionsPeaceful haven for beach bumsRecently visited Kos and spent a couple of beach days here. Staff were excellent and attentive, the beds were €20 for a pair and nice and comfy. I thought the drinks were competitive my priced compared to other beach bars I’ve been to, not the cheapest but certainly competitive. The bar and restaurant is decorated very stylishly “beach boho chic” would be an accurate description. All in all a very peaceful and tranquil atmosphere with sunbeds spaced out nicely so you’re not right on top of one another. The beach itself self is sand/shingle with lovely clear water and there’s a massage lady available as well. Well worth a visit if you’re in Lambi. - Jeff MCounty Durham, United Kingdom33 contributions🍔Sublime Burger 🍔We stayed at Tigaki for our 6th time and hired a buggy to get out and about. Our son had holidayed in Kos town 2 weeks prior to our holiday and strongly recommended Mylos Beach Bar. Especially the stuffed burger from the pizza section of the menu. We therefore decided to take up the recommendation and the burger was without doubt the single best meal of our whole vacation. So much so, we visited again 2 days later and had exactly the same order ✌️ The vibe of the place is exceptional as is the friendly staff. Thank you 🙏 ☮️✌️🇬🇷🍔Visited August 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 1 October 2024

We booked an evening when a DJ was on for a more up beat atmosphere. When we arrived they couldn’t find our booking so we was awkwardly seated on a 8 seated table (there was 3 of us).
After asking to move table to one more appropriate for eating at we was marched to a different spot (another 8 seater), which I believe is to make you eat, drink and leave quicker as it gets uncomfortable when bigger parities arrive.
The staff make you feel unwelcome and it’s painfully obvious none of them really want to be there in the manner they speak to you, very condescending.
No matter what you ask the waiters for you will get frosty service, even when we asked just to keep 1 drinks menu for the table as they take them off you and put them at the bar.
We wasn’t asked if we wanted refills/ another drink once, yet when we went to the bar to get another we was told to sit down and someone would eventually make there way over, creating a 20 min or so wait time between drinks.
Although I can’t comment on the DJ here, I think your night here will hugely depend on how much you enjoy who’s on. Unfortunately ours just played elevator/ lift style music, with no words that would just get slightly louder every 30min or so.
Cocktails are seriously over priced with some reaching 18€, but with that being said the 2 we had was nice, but not worth it when so many places offer similar cocktails and better music.
When we were leaving we asked staff about the taxi situation and was told to wait out the front for one as they “show up”. After waiting a good 30+ mins and taxis both turning up and leaving we decided to do the 30 min walk into Kos Town and got a taxi from there.
The only reason I’m not rating this 1* is due to the nice scenery and attached beach.

We were so excited to visit Mylos when we came to Kos (having followed it on Instagram for weeks before). We were really disappointed with our experience - because it has so much potential!!!
The place itself is gorgeous, we came in the day and spent all day at the beach on the beds (which we paid 10 euro for which we didn't mind) What really let it down was the service. It was near on impossible to get a drink or even get the waiters attention - it was the worst service we had in all of Kos, which is frustrating when you are paying a premium on the food and drink. Every time we got a drink / food we had to walk up to find somebody and order, also having to do this when we paid. When we tried to eat in the restaurant area we gave up after waiting 30 minutes with no menu and no service.
The food is lovely (when you finally get it) I just wish the service was better - maybe it was a bad day?!

Overall the place looked good. The manager / front of house was the rudest person. I called the day before to confirm the booking as I had originally asked for a date, then requested a day later (before they had responded) and even though they had confirmed the booking I wanted to check it was all in place before travelling. The manager/ front of house refused to check it saying if I had confirmation via email that was enough and he had no way of checking it which was very odd. I had emailed for a confirmation but no one replied.
Anyway, sure enough we arrive it’s booked for the wrong day. The same guy I spoke to the day before then checks the reservation book 3 metres from to the phone and we are on the wrong date. Thankfully as we got there early there are a few sunbeds left. We use sunbeds, all ok. Go for lunch, it’s took 30 mins to take our order. Then my Calzone came out raw inside. Waiter nowhere to be seen and when they do walk past just ignore any ‘excuse me’ pleas. 1.5 hrs in and I’ve lost the will and catch a waiter walking past to eventually pay the bill. I ask to book a taxi which is common place in Kos and not had an issue anywhere else. The manager would only give me a phone number. I tried it several times. Wouldn’t work. Went back in to the restaurant and manager he just said well I’ve given the number to lots of people, answered the phone and walked off (there was a couple outside also trying to call the number with no success who also said how awful he was). After 45 mins trying to call a cab I asked a waiter who used his phone, got straight through and booked it in 30 secs.
The front of house/ manager is honestly the rudest member of staff I have ever come across in a restaurant or bar. We went to celebrate our anniversary and the whole day was awful. Avoid it if you’re thinking of going!

Mixed feelings with this one… On our first visit to Mylos Beach Bar (21st August 2023), the food was excellent and the staff were amazing - they couldn’t do enough for us, right up to the complimentary shots of Mastixa at the end of the meal. We were so impressed that we went back to Mylos Beach Bar two nights later. However, our experience on this 2nd visit couldn’t have been more different!
As soon as we arrived the young lady who greeted us made no secret of the fact that she was quite put out because we didn’t have a reservation. She made a point of deliberately scanning the half empty bar and restaurant several times, saying “I don’t know where I’m going to put you”. Eventually she sat my Wife and I at an empty table for six in an equally empty part of the bar. At least we had plenty of room to stretch out!
When the food arrived, some of it was quite overcooked. Strange considering how good it had been two nights earlier. We finished most of our food and we sat there… and we sat there… and we sat there… During this time we witnessed another couple sending their uneaten food back and leaving the restaurant visibly unhappy. It was 45 minutes after finishing our food before I finally managed to catch someone’s eye to get our table cleared. I explained how unimpressed we were at being made to feel invisible and we did receive two complimentary drinks to be fair. At this point I ordered the Baklava and ice cream desert. This eventually arrived along with a sundae spoon to eat it with. Now, I don’t know if you’ve eaten Baklava, with its many many tightly packed layers of filo pastry, but to tackle this with a sundae spoon is akin to trying to slice open a ream of copier paper with a shoe.
Even after our initial complaint, we continued to remain invisible by all of the staff in a by now even emptier bar/restaurant, until I eventually caught the eye of a waitress. She could see that we were unhappy, so went to fetch the supervisor. I told him how thoroughly unimpressed we were by the lack of customer service, particularly after having such a great experience previously, but he couldn’t care less.

The reception is below average. The children on the beach are very kind and the sunbeds are clean. However, while we wanted to eat and asked to be seated at some specific tables (we were a large group), a girl at the service told us with a strong tone that they were reserved! We said ok and sat where she put us. Throughout our stay, no one came to sit at the other tables, which means that they didn't let us sit there on purpose! And we also made an account.
I wouldn't say that the food impressed me, the supposed good brand juice was an unacceptable one from Lidl that we paid somewhere around €5-6.
As for the drinks, they are below average.

We really loved visiting here as it was just a few minute walk from our hotel, the Cosmopolitan. We came in the evening which was a great vibe with good music but loved it during the day time even more. Sunbeds were great, lunch was delicious and so was the wine. Food & drink is expensive but you pay for where you are. I will definitely be back. It is a very rocky beach so bring jellies!!!

We visited this place mid week at around 8pm for dinner and had a really good time. The restaurant / bar had chill vibes and the music created a great atmosphere. The food was second to none and our waiter was excellent - really attentive.

Unfortunately we wouldn’t recommend this place, for dinner at least. It had a big food menu but our dishes certainly seemed like microwave meals with a hefty price tag. Service was honestly appalling as previous reviews have stated but we decided to ignore, ironically that’s exactly what we were when we arrived.. IGNORED. unfriendly staff with the exception of the male member of staff who we found to seat us but the rest of the staff would just look at us standing there and carry on having their conversations while seemingly doing no work themselves. The decor was lovely but not enough for me to recommend visiting this place when there are so many other options towards Kos Town

I was so excited to go to Mylos beach bar, we went on the last night of my holiday. Walked in and we weren’t greeted by anyone, after a minute or so we went up to the bar to ask for a table. A woman came up and shouted at one of the staff and I thought she was shouting at me at first. Turns out she was another staff member. Anyways we got seated and the decor was so beautiful so we shook off the entrance and ordered our drinks! 35 minutes went by, and we asked 3 separate members of staff to check on our drinks, and I even went up to the bar to check too, the third time they said ‘we’re out of one of those cocktails you’ll have to have something else’ so I asked him to double check as the last staff member said our drinks were being made. He rolled his eyes at me and walked away and didn’t come back.
All around us other people were being served.
We left after those first drinks. It was such a shame and we felt really unwelcome. Drinks weren’t comped even after 35 min wait. They were delicious though!!
