We stopped here on our day tour of Macau and our guide let the group decide if we wanted to pay extra to go up the tower. It was a somewhat cloudy/hazy day and the group decided not to go up due to limited visibility. Our guide told us that a lot of tourists bungee jump from the top of the tower.

We went for the Skywalk tour with the BNU credit card offer in June. When the promotion first started, it was rather crowded, and booking is highly recommended. However, we arrived in the morning, and was told that there are still spaces before 12 if we choose to do it straight away. That was a surprised for us and we were not sure if our 4 year old son will be scared. The cashier assured us that there are staff's children who went when they just learnt how to walk. Upon arriving at the deck, we had to do a registration with the ipad, but because we have to register for three people, another group of adults came to register and they were faster than us, they each register themselves using a separate ipad, and hence, they were given a number before us. The instructions weren't clear, we just followed people to collect our harnesses. We were told to sit down, and others sat somewhere else (no one sat next to us for a long long time), even those who collected their harnesses later than us sat somewhere nearer to the "queue". We asked why we are placed there for such a long time, only then we learnt that it was queued by the number and not by when we collect the harnesses, and we were not told that there will be a wait and we should walk around taking photographs before collecting harnesses like others did. So we sat and waited for more than an hour, not knowing what was going on. Apart from the bad administrative aspect, the activity was good, my son enjoyed walking out there, although he was a little scared. He was placed at the front of the queue for photo taking. I just hope AJ Hackett can improve on how they handle large crowd. Otherwise it’s a good experience.

Bungee jumping at Macau tower always on my bucket list. As I am celebrating my birthday and the same time remaining days in Macau, my friends surprised me by purchasing the Bungee jump ticket in advance. Glad that special rate was offered to blue card holders. The ticket was under my name and during the time of purchase the blue card still valid.
Arrived at the tower on the date of jump.
Upon presenting the voucher/receipt together with my passport. Receptionist asked for blue card, I kindly informed her that blue card just cancelled the day before jumping. But instead of giving further information, immediately rejected me and I was told that I am not able to do so. As ticket was purchased only for blue card holders and that is policy. While trying to ask for further details, a staff named Edward B. (not to mention his full name), interrupted with a very rude tune of voice and choice of Filipino words whilst I am expressing to the counter in front of me.
Totally agree and respect the policy, However, the instructions weren't clear upon selling of ticket. Not even mentioned any terms and conditions on the actual receipt. Or rather at least mentioned during the time of purchase and reminded that need to present valid blue card instead of any further identification. Because if we we’re informed, we will understand better and change the date or hold the visa cancellation if necessarily.
The reception didn’t give any further options or assistance either, I asked if can refund and they just immediately opened cashier drawer no question asked and gave me back the cash accordingly.
Wasn’t the service or experience I am expecting or maybe because the ticket was paid by my friends so they don’t care at all. Anyway, I just don’t want to waste my friends efforts and gestures so decided to let it go and bought skywalk ticket instead.

Despite of disappointing experience at the reception, still wanted to extend sincere thank you to one of the crew from Nepal, named Arjun, he assisted me during the walk and took wonderful photos as well. He provided me excellent service and company should appreciate staff like him.

Did the tower climb with guides Jeff and Sam. They were amazing and the 338M climb and rush at the top was epic. Worth every penny and amazing staff and experience. Thanks to the whole team at the tower.

In China, there is a tall tower in most of the big cities: Canton Tower, Central TV Tower (Beijing), Tianjin Radio Tower, Oriental Pearl Tower (Shanghai), West Pearl Tower (Chengdu), Dragon Tower (Harbin),….. Of course , there must be a Macau Tower.

It is a modern architecture. There is an observation deck on the level 58, and an outdoor observation deck on 61F. There are also restaurants, theaters and shopping malls.

On the the 61F, there is an Adventure Deck. You can take an outdoor Skywalk or Bungy Jump from the tower.

Bungy Jump from that height? Are you kidding? I just have dinner in the 360° Café on the 60F. Peacefully and safely.

Not the 1st time doing bungee, but this world record holder bring it to another level, looking down from 233m could really be scary but the crews there make it fun and they were really encouraging. You can only do the basic forward fall during the 1st jump, but I'll highly recommend going for the 2nd jump which come with an 80% same day discount to try out either the back fall or the running jump, super challenging and exciting!

For the brave heart, enjoy the bungy jump or tandem jump. If you are not afraid of height, enjoy the Macau Tower walk or climb as well. For the faint hearted, just enjoy the view and the actives in the tower.

Great experience. My partner and I completed the skywalk. Macau hasn’t got the most picturesque skyline, but it is still an amazing view. The skywalk was great value for money. We were walking around the building for a solid 30 minutes, soaking up the views. The female employee who took us out was great at talking through the sites we were looking at. She also took some amazing individual and couple photos, which are all included in the package. Also, got the bonus of sitting on the side of the tower watching a few ladies bungee off, relived we weren’t doing that! Staff were chatty and friendly. Toad who I believe is the manager, was great banter and gave a wonderful dinner recommendation. Ultimately, a very fun and safe thrill filled experience!
