The place is really cool. Despite, the place is actually old town, but the ambience is so live. I think it is one of lively old town in the world. Really enjoy the sightseeing and the crowd.

Established by the Portuguese centuries ago, the square is a must visit. Central in old Macau, lots of shopping and is a good location to get dropped by cab to start your walk to the Ruins and Fort

Interestingly paved square with many historical buildings surrounding it. Easy to get to and with many streets leading off lined with shops or markets.

If you have been to Lisbon you instantly will feel like you are in Portugal again. Even the cobblestone mosaic on the floor looks almost the same. It is a UNESCO world heritage site for good reason. Definitely worth a visit if you are in...More

Very nice area to stroll around forgetting you're actually in China. Architecture is pure Portugese. The area is full of shops and restaurants, but nothing really special.

A nice area to go for a walk and explore the area. The Portuguese influences is obvious. Makes you like your walking the streets of Portugal with the old style buildings and the cobble roads and footpaths.

Agree wholeheartedly with Ravi. We actually stayed at Hong Kong and visited Macau for a day. We hardly shopped because everything was way more expensive than in the US, where I go regularly. Zara is cheaper even in Amsterdam.
