This road seems to draw speed freeks. My advice is to go slowly to enjoy the views and experience - and stay safe. It's a great drive. Stop in the villages to experience the rural idyll.

Fantastic and breathtaking experience. Beautiful views over Garda lake. Route can be stressing for the first time but after some practice in the nearby mountains it becomes easier.

As all reviewers say, it's narrow, twisty and not for the faint hearted. Better in a smaller car, not a people carrier . Be prepared to use the horn approaching every bend. NO TRAILERS )because there is a lot of reversing!) nor camper vans because...More

Strada della Forra is definitely one of the most beautiful panoramic roads ever seen! If you come from the lake shore (between Limone and Campione), you will enjoy a stunning view over Lake Garda. Climbing on this narrow road must be slow, and before each...More

I wouldn't attempt it as there is no path and can be narrow with sharp bends. There would be small sections that are wider but generally it would be safer in a car
