Get there early and walk trough the cold river with water shoes. Pay 1.50 euro for the stairs wich is easliy to do. It gets very crowdy in the course of the morning. We spend around 2 ours there wich was fine.

it would be much colder for sure and have no ide if itll be open for tourist as its an enclosed closure. maybe cause of lack of tourists it would not be open try to phone or e mail before to avoid dissapointment.
