This bridge is unexpected. It's very tall and you can walk over it and see the river with the salmon jumping below. Great photos

If in the city spend five minutes seeing the bridge .... but don’t expect “miracles” it is and old bridge but more to be seen as the city landmark

Beautiful old bridge. Worth getting out of your car and walking over it although parking was a nightmare! Spectacular setting. Quite hard to walk over as it is paved with large uneven cobbles and is steep. Unique sight.

Ancient bridge at the end of Cangas de Onis which crosses a salmon river. Nice view up the valley. Seems like a peaceful spot.

Nice photo shot of lovely bridge. You can walk over it too, quite steep and cobbled path but worth doing. Fishermen about off the opposite bridge and sometimes from under the Roman Bridge after climbing round!

We passed this old Roman bridge as we drove into Cangas De Onis, so we were interested to see if we could get a closer look. Indeed we could! The bridge is open for people to walk across. It is a bit steep, though!

Third visit at this location and we Just don’t get tired of it. The cristal river that flows under the bridge coupled with the history associated with the bridge we can’t get enough.

We stay here for one night at a hotel that was 50 metres away from the bridge ...allowed for some R+R during our 10 day tour. Remarkably well preserved bridge near cafes where you can while away an hour or two having and ice cream...More
