The Gore Public Gardens are one of Gore's well-loved attractions, offering something for locals and visitors alike. Among the exotic trees and shrubs are a number of rare and unusual specimens. The Gardens are a place of ever-changing beauty, showcasing some of NZ's finest fauna and flora. Here, you will find plenty of seating, picnic tables, and an aviary with a wide variety bird species.

Gore really takes pride in its public gardens, both in the Gardens themselves and on the main street. Spring flowers were at their best. Always good for a stroll and the aviaries are enjoyable for young visitors

The gardeners obviously know what they are doing. The spring display is so good and I am looking forward to the rhododendron day on 30th October

It I nice place to see very good gardens and flowers and trees if you need a nice walk go though the gore public garden

the Gore public Gardens are part of the attraction of the town, however the radiant colours of Anderson park or Invercargill were not here. However It was enjoyable to see nature developing in Autumn and what she had to offer
