Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Bannerman Park is always a lovely place for a walk.
Today as winter approaches I enjoyed the autumn leaves and the hellebores staring to flower.
The multitude of paths allow excellent access throughout the park, with seating for stop, listen to the bird song and look at the vistas.
Great to bird life, with fantails in the trees today.

Nice walk, The Deers are nice to see. But are hard ti get close to. They run away when you get close to the fence to take a photo.

From the moment that I placed the booking, felt welcomed. We were a family of 6, that were traveling around New Zealand. (from Australia) We were welcomed late in the afternoon at the motel. The unit was very clean and had everything that was needed. Were able to wash and dry our clothes in the lovely laundry. Will stay there again!!

We strolled down the beautiful park from the top enjoying the many exotic plants and trees that adorn each side of the pathway. We wandered to the path on the right to view the many Rhododendrons Hostas Trillon Plants and many more. At the end of the walkway was a lovely Deer Park.

A quiet stroll; good to stop if you've brought or bought a picnic lunch. Interesting array of plantings eg, the hosta collection is huge. Some interesting trees and bog plants along a stream. A couple of enclosures with deer which don't take much notice of passers-by

I was visiting Gore with my children and grandchildren and we walked though Bannerman Park. It is totally free, the trees and flowers are very pretty and the deer were wonderful, we took apples and fed the large deer, especially the large stag they have, the children also loved the fellow deer and all the acorns from the oak trees and different colored leaves on the ground.
A place to enjoy.
