About

One of the finest 18 hole Golf courses in the lower South Island - Excellent Golf all year-round at a reasonable price. The Gore Golf Club was established in 1904, and moved to the present Croydon links in 1931. The 18 hole parkland course is relatively flat, and only 3km from the centre of Gore. Visitors are always welcome.

Best 18 hole course in Southland

Oct 2017 • Solo

Great course in fantastic condition. Very friendly and welcoming membership. Equipment available. Free lessons during daylight saving on Wednesdays at 5.30 pm - just turn up. Fun twilight golf on a Tuesday for teams of 3 to play 9 holes and enjoy a eef and raffles. Members of any other course welcome to join main Saturday competition. Annual Trilogy competition End of November and Gore Classic mid February. Highly recommended.
