Absolutely exquisite embroidery done on mats/napkins/doilies/ towels by women. its run by the nuns. A bit expensive but definitely worth it. Very detailed flowers/ butterflies / motifs.

Sister Augsta, if i can recall the name correctly was the perfect host. A very sweet and a caring soul. The accidental visit to this caringly maintained place was a very short Bliss/Break during our the last minute unplanned visit to Pondichery with my family.

No, there is no lodging available at Cluny's. You would have to check the hotels in Pondicherry for accommodation. Pls check my review for Palais de Mahe..
