Surf world is an interesting display of the history of surfing. We had entry as a freeby from the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. The displays are well set up with video supporting many of the displays of old surf board and surfing paraphernalia. Even if you...More

Wasn't really expecting to find this interesting but it was fascinating. Only a small place, staff friendly. We had free entry on the back of another attraction otherwise $10 I think. No air con inside so was very warm. If you are interested in surfing...More

Was quite surprised at how much I enjoyed looking through the museum. We came late in the day and bargained our way in. Not a great one for the kids, but thoroughly enjoyable for the adults. A great way to see some of Australia's iconic...More

A vast collection of surf n beach culture. The guys n girls (all volunteers) have regular events .....movies, music, meet surf celebs etc. which are well organised with a cool vibe. A place to visit!

If you're into surfing and would like a sample of the surf culture, stop here. There are lots of boards to view as you wander through and take in some surf history.

As a surf journalist I love surf history. This place exhibits amazing historic boards and equipment. But unfortunately the staff doesn't seem to now much about them. It feels like you are on your own.

Why have there not been reviews entered on this place since one in August and one in February 2014. I have sent off two recently with no response, disappointing for them and me.
