Join us aboard our two-storey luxury catamaran and witness the stunning annual migration of the Humpback Whales as they head along Australia’s east coast past the Gold Coast. Along with Humpback whales you’ll often see marine life such as turtles, dolphins and sea eagles and you’ll get to enjoy the beautiful panoramic views of the Surfers Paradise skyline. Our modern and stable catamaran has been custom built for whale watching and includes five viewing platforms offering 360 degree, unobstructed views so you don’t miss anything. On board you can enjoy our fully licensed bar and complimentary morning or afternoon tea. We depart from Mariners Cove Marina at Main Beach for a 2.5 hour whale watching cruise. Free all day undercover parking is available and we can arrange hotel transfers if necessary. Our high speed catamaran ensure you get the maximum whale watching time possible. Our on-board marine biologist provides interesting and informative commentary and can answer any questions you have regarding the whales and sea life. We guarantee whale sightings! On the extremely rare occasion where we have no whale sightings, we’ll give you a full refund or a free return trip (for all other tickets) . We have a professional photographer on board to capture photos of the whales you see on your trip. These photos will be available for you to purchase as a memento of your trip if you choose to. Although our wave piercing catamaran is a stable vessel built for sea comfort, some people can still experience sea sickness. We recommend that if you are susceptible to sea sickness or motion sickness that you take preventative medications at least 2 hours before boarding the vessel. Please see your doctor or a pharmacist for more information about medications, before you travel with us. Gold Coast Whale Adventures offers a memorable and lasting experience to experience the majestic beauty of the Humpback Whales in their natural habitat. An experience not be missed!

Beautiful day, lots of whales, very informative staff (Grace was a font of knowledge), calm waters and great value. Loved it, We were so fortunate to have at least 3 whales dive right underneath the bow of our boat- just great.

We took our 2 guests out for the day Whale watching. Best to take the early boat at 9am. A great fun day for all, friends family and anyone on holiday. I was amazed that the whales come right up to the boats.
