Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Moving tribute to the forgotten war that is Korea. Very well done in a lovely bush setting. Well worth a stop.

TIP: visit the nearby Kokoda Memorial which is 100m away within Cascade Gardens

Beautiful leafy area where Australia shows its dedication to those who served and died in war. Worth visiting, and off-street parking in the gardens area.

Walking around Cascade gardens, we came across this war memorial. Not very large area and hardly any visitors. There is an inscription where you can get some info about the memorial.

It was quite riveting and each panel told a story. Spent about half an hour looking at this and felt the hairs stand on the back of my neck a few times.

On theright side of the deceptively large Cascade Gardens as you enter. Check out the Kokoda Memorial too which is excellent.

A good park for a nice stroll or picnic. There are a couple statues and plaques around, but it's not really my interest.

A very tasteful tribute to those who served in the Korean War. Beautiful gardens, peaceful setting, close amenities. Take the time to remember those before us.

Being relatively unaware of the history of the Korean War, this memorial garden was both beautiful and informative. It us very well kept and a fitting memorial to those Aussies who fought in this conflict. Worth a visit to away from all the Gold Coast attractions to remind yourself that freedom comes at a cost!
