We visited this amazing artwork when in Geraldine earlier this year. Really blows you away when you see all these tiny pieces that have been worked into this artform. Can hardly believe this man did this. Unbelievable.

This is now in Hastings, West Sussex. The entrance is through the cafe. Signage is poor, so don't walk up the slope to the church as we did. A great exhibit that was well worth the time and effort to get there. The exhibit is amazing to see. The time and effort put into this outstanding. Such commitment. I can't... More

One of the best things I have seen - it is simply fantastic - The amount of work that has gone into it is mind boggling. I bought the stick that goes with it and that has so much more information. Wake up York, Canterbury and Dover get it to your towns/cities before it is lost back to New Zealand

Saw this a year ago and was amazing. Unfortunately the mosaic is no longer available to see as it is touring the UK. The big jersey is on display in the information centre

That's a lot of time and effort into producing such a monumental work! It is unfortunately being dismantled soon, and touring the UK. So you may want to check to see if it's still there. The giant Jersey is right next to it, and interesting to see. The creators are great characters: lovely and highly knowledgeable about their subject matters.... More

Dropped in while in Geraldine. Michael and Gillian were very helpful and explained in detail this marvelous creation done by Michael. It's available for a limited time as they are planning to travel the world with their Guinness award winning creation, so would recommend anyone visit Geraldine to drop in. Well worth the gold coin donation to view this fantastic... More

Visited 1066 Medieval Mosaic last week and was in awe of the art work, the detail, the time it must have taken and knowledge. I just couldn't stop thinking about it and within an hour was back with two friends as they just had to see it for themselves. Highly recommended.

A mosaic reproduction of the bayeux tapestry made from 2 million tiny pieces of steel painstaking painted. Seen before May 2016 when due to go to England. A highlight was being able to talk to the remarkable artist Michael.
