Not so crowded but the same good sea and sand. I stayed on the Perissa Bay beach. Free sunbeds, service on the beach, 5 euro a drink. No loud music, quiet atmosphere. I recommend it for a lazy day at the beach.

Black sand beach, different from the standard white sand beaches - it gets very hot so take care! Nice range of bars and eateries

Nice beach black sand. Lots of choices of places to rent beds and tables Water safe and quite clear. Very progressive slope. Safe for supervised kids. Many beach bars restaurants right behind. Lots of choice. Minimal traffic. Good parking. Nice place to chill out

A definite must go when in the island. We visited a handful of beaches on the island and the black beach is the least rocky. I would stil recommend water shoes but you won’t die without them like at other beaches. Rent an umbrella and...More
