We were very lucky the weather permitted our heli hike of the Tasman glacier as the next day was too wet. The equipment supplied, including boots and crampons, was very useful. Our guide, Tom, was very friendly and helpful and instilled us with confidence. At...More

We are very glad that we have joined the tour. Seeing the glacier and the ice caves up close is a truly fascinating experience. Our guide Tom is also very patient and knowledgeable. Would recommend this trip to everyone who goes to mount cook!

We did a heli hike in Feb 2017. This was a last minute, unplanned decision as our original heli hikes on Franz Josef and Fox were cancelled due to bad weather. In hindsight, this was the best decision - the Tasman glacier is bigger, more...More
