Scala Dei Turchi is a beautiful place to catch the sunset and take those sweet travel photos to bring home to your friends or post on social media. There is a nice restaurant on the beach with nice food and good vibes as well.

We enjoyed seeing the Scala die Turchi. It’s a hike down to the water and quite hot and crowded. It was beautiful to see at a distance but for swimming there are quieter less polluted beaches and waters.

We came here early in the morning and had the place just for ourselves. It was just amazing - to see the colors and the contrasts. After the pleasant walk we found easily a place from the beach as well. Few hours later the place...More

Few people went for a swim but too cold for me. Car park 5 euros a day. The only tariff available. Everybody parks in the street. I imagine it gets crowded in the summer . The beach cafe staff is rubbish. I managed to get...More

We were lucky to see the Scala dei Turchi lit up by the sun on our way to the Scala dei Turchi resort. Fortunately we were staying there so could park our car and walk down to the beach. The road leading down gets totally...More

Rather strangely, there aren't any obvious signs to this spectacular sight, you have to rely on commercial signs and enter (for free) via a kiosk or restaurant. It is quite a long descent to the beach - and a long ascent back up at the...More

One of the places you need to visit when you are in Sicily. Beautiful beach. Clean and cold water. A wonderful place . Provided parking near the beach. If you can, get some food and plenty of fluids before coming to the beach.

The view is just amazing, if you are planning to visit the South of Sicily don't miss out on this. The parking is a bit far from the beach, you will have to descend stairs, but it is all worth it.

We were lucky enough to visit this beautiful place with a group of Italian friends who know the place well, this enabled us to miss the usual pitfalls of parking fines and crowds. Go early, it gets extremely busy so you need to get your...More

Lovely to look down at the white cliffs, if going into the beach be mindful as it is steep, long and winding. When going into the sea be aware of the rocks beneath as they do hurt if you kick them as we found out....More

Try Parking "Scala Dei Turchi" in GPS.There is a small parking near Majata beach. Walk down to the beach and walk along the beach onto the right about 1 km. You will get there. Otherwise I saw some cars parked on the upper... More

It is perhaps you are facing the open sea waters facing the Mediterranean and not the ones facing the more closed waters even up North,.
