Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lots of cars including concept cars & one-offs. Cars are tightly packed in rows so can't really see inside or around the back. Also lacks any technical explanation of the many innovations, though I suppose that's available online somewhere. But seems like every model is represented os if you want to see a Citroen it's definitely here.
Don't need to book any more, but still hard to find. No signs anywhere but google maps pointed me to the right place inside an industrial complex.

Booked via website with any problems . Turned up early for our 9.30am slot and were allowed in early. Comprehensive collection albeit a little crammed in. Most cars have French and English information panels.Rally raid and rally cars were main reason for going but the early cars and quirky, one off, car show cars were of interest.
10 euro per person entry. Tickets booked, paid for and printed on line.

FYI. The museum is closed through August. Found this out the hard way after booking a driver and car to take us from the 1st Arrondissement to the museum this morning.
There is nothing on the website or anywhere else indicating the museum is closed. Very disappointed as this was going to be one of the highlights of my trip.

This is a rich and varied collection from some of the company's first cars to future concept cars.
Almost every car has info provided.
There are no frills, just a single big warehouse room of cars.
We spent an hour and 15 minutes and were not rushed.

We are three male adults who have got a thing for Citoen cars and decided to visit this museum after reading an article about it in and article in CAR magazine. You can only gain entry by invitation and must contact Madame Fedoua Zeggar requesting a date when you can visit. After several e-mails and letters sent by air-mail, we gaine permission to visit the place @ 9.30 hours on 09.10.18. We parked outside the front entrance on said time and date but the place was in darkness. Luckily, a gentleman came out to collect the post from the post box and I aske the gentleman what was happening and showed him my e-mail consent to attend. He could not speak english and called out a friend whose name was Alaine who could speak broken english. it turns out that madame Fedoua was not on site and the musuem was closed on a Tuesday and it was sheer luck that Alaine and others were part of some commitee who normally met on a Monday. Alaine allowed us into the musuem and told us to take as long as we wanted ! Some time later when we finished in the musuem, we knocked on his office door to say thankyou, we were invited in to meet all of the commitee and share a glass of wine with them! When we left, we were given brochures and catalogues that describe what their commitee does but of course it in french so i will have to get it translated soon. We can only say that this day was something special and something that we shall never foreget. best of luck to you when booking your trip but can assure you that it will be worth it.

I cannot emphasise in world what an excellent museum this is for Citroen cars, trucks, tractors, helicopters and the man Andre Citroen himself. This museum site used to be a factory in the 1970's. Lots of concept and experimental Citroens. Very mind boggling and a must see. I cannot wait to go back to visit this place again, it is such a gem, and so many rare Citroens, especially the 2 Presidential limos. Have a look at my pictures. Best to make the arrangement to visit this place from the Citroen showroom in Champs Elysees and then it is a RER train from Gare du Nord to Aulnay Sous Bois (30min) and then a 10 min taxi ride.

With a display of over 300 Citroen vehicles this should be an essential visit while in Paris for any car or Citroen enthusiast.
We were unaware that bookings were required and just turned up. The lady on reception very kindly delayed her lunch and let us in.
Arriving unannounced and on our own meant we had no guided tour but it also had the advantage that we could look at our own pace.
There is a comprehensive range of cars: from 1919 Type A to the latest models and concept cars with signage in both English and French.
Highlights for any Citroen lover include 3 original 2CV prototypes.
Word of caution: Position shown on Google maps was out by a kilometre or so when we visited in September 2017, which was significant when travelling by bus and foot. The closest bus stop is Andre Citroen - Centre de Production.
External signage and directions were very poor.
