Terrible staff and policies. They discriminate against people who are medically exempt from wearing a face mask due to disabilities. Staff are clearly on power trips. And care nothing about the law.. When the law is highlighted to them they become aggressive.

Great to see the railway was still operating during these uncertain times. Go and support the little business (as it’s owned by a private owner) who has put measures in place to ensure it can still operate. The older gentleman operating the railway on our visit was so friendly and deserves a mention! Perfect way to get to the high town and save your legs from the trek! Great views on the way up too. …

This is very welcome when you have walked around for a few hours an don’t fancy the trek back up the hill. Shame they don’t do a one way ticket though.

Run by joyless mood hoovering dementors. Fun funicular and worth seeing, but take one of the eight sets of donkey steps to connect upper and lower towns. Bridgnorth is lovely. The service here is not.
