It was much more peaceful being an electrically-driven boat rather than having the constant chug-chug-chug of a diesel motor. The pilot/guide was very knowledgeable, with mounted photos to pass round to illustrate what he was telling us. And I was also impressed with the booking...More

Booked a trip and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Captain (driver) was full of interesting anecdotes and local history and answered any questions posed with knowledge. Don’t miss out was a nice bimble up the river and back.

Having read the reviews regarding this boat trip, we were not disappointed, it was a nice way to spend an hour on the river. Roger, the owner was very informative throughout the trip. Would recommend if you have an hour to spare.
