Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I wish that every town in the world had burricletas!!. This is a super fun adventure. They give you your bicycle all charged up and the GPS loaded with the route that you have chosen previously. We chose Route two.

It was the most interesting adventure we had in our 10 days at Costa Brava. Our route took us on the beach through magical forests, through medieval towns, and through rice fields. We happened to stop in the town of Pals for lunch and by chance found the most delicious locals restaurant where we had our three-course lunch for €10. It was called Casino Antic (not a casino lol).

I truly wish I could write about this place for every town so that people make certain to go there. We took the 38 km route and the kids loved it because clearly the electric battery doesn’t make you have to pedal too hard. Maybe not the best exercise but certainly a fabulous time by all!!!

Wonderful day out cycling (ebikes) along country lanes, apple orchards, picturesque medieval villages. The sat nav was really helpful once we got used to it. Recommended for all ages. An entertaining, relaxing way to see a lovely part of the "Emporda"!

we took the 17 mile trip through medieval villages each more charming than the last. we did this with our 9 and 12 year old sons who enjoyed the option of the electric bike super boost on hills. there was a GPS with key descriptions of points of interest along the way. There was amazing signage on the dirt tracks and we enjoyed the baskets to shop along the way

We're a pair of pensioners and have had several visits here to use Segways, both on our own and with grandchildren. Each time we booked a one-hour session. Safety is high on the agenda but it does not detract from the enjoyment. Initial training is on-site around their own course, the the leader took us across country to Gualta, a local village. It was charming that in a local resort, our instructor from earlier in the day recognised our grandson and let him have a go on a smaller and lighter version. Thanks Julia.

Our family recently visited Costa Brava and spent a day at Ocitania. We had booked a burricleta cycle tour of medieval villages, but at the beginning our son lost his nerve and crashed so we had to change plans. He and his father ended doing a Segway tour, while myself and my daughter continued with the burricleta. I can't praise the staff highly enough for their flexibility and kindness in dealing with the situation. What could have been a disastrous day turned out to be one of the best of our holiday in Spain. I loved cycling through the countryside, stopping off in little villages, and hearing the history of the region from Alex - and the guys couldn't stop raving about their Segway tour. Highly recommended.
