A collection of buildings moved and restored after Lake Dunstan flooded the main street of the original town with the forming of the Clyde Dam. Stroll along and check out all the the buildings .

Went for a visit to the "old" town and there are some interesting places here and after looking at the mall area in the town, I am picking that this place will have some heavy investment in the future and will become one of the...More

A nice bit of history to wander through if you have an extra hour to spend in Cromwell. Pity there is no where to get a bite to eat, although it looks like there is a plan in place for the future.

A really interesting line-up of 19th century shops which had escaped the flooding of Cromwell. Would have liked to have gone inside but we were there early morning. Great photo shoot!

Was lovey to see, but most were closed as we were there about 4ish. Beautiful scenery and very peaceful.

Visited on Tuesday 8th May. Beautifully preserved buildings from a bygone era. Some buildings were moved to higher ground when they built the dam wall down stream, others in their original location.
