Lovely beach, and a bit more scenic than many in this area! The main part of the beach gets very busy, and the car park is free but tiny - only about 12 spaces so you tend to have to park in side streets which...More

This is a lovely Sandy beach with lifeguards and a small coffee/ bucket and spade shop, which hires out deckchairs etc. BUT ,whoever is responsible for the toilets should be ashamed, they are DISGUSTING! FLITHY and in desperate need of updating. They have been like...More

This is by far our most favourite UK sea side. Large sandy beach, which does not get massively impacted by the tide. White chalky cliffs protect the beach from the wind. It doesn’t get too busy, because you ca only get there by car. When...More

Low tide in the mornings expose rocks for exploring. Fine soft sand and pretty chalk stacks are the main attraction here.

Clean, soft sand. Safe and pleasant. Quite busy. Small kiosk selling various beach items. Also small van selling burgers, etc. Toilets available but we didn’t use them so can’t review.
