The place is not too difficult to get to and you DO have to have some sort of transport (car, bike or taxi) as I don't think that there is any public transport that gets you there: but once there the views are breadth-taking. Gives...More

The Aeolic Islands are beautiful. Especially Vulcano (with the volcano!) is worth visiting. The corners of the island offer beautiful sights on the other isles, and a deep blue sea, but that's it. With a little bit of luck there is one bistro nearby. Or...More

Rent a scooter at Porto di Levante and on your trip to Gelso for an excellent lunch in Trattoria da Pina, enjoy the spectacular views on Capo Grillo : Lipari, Salina and Parea, Stromboli in the distance.

This vista point boats a marvelous view of the Aeolian Islands. This is a great place to relax and take some photos. You will need some mode of transportation to get here (car/moped, taxi or bus).

We took a taxi trip and we stopped there for this amazing view. It was really amazing. Next time I will rent a car and will visit this point at evening.

great view, though that's the case for many spots on the Aeolian island. Probably not worthwhile renting a taxi to get there though if you have your own transport then you absolutely should!

Travelled by car to reach this point of the island. It's a stunning view of the island, very peaceful. Noticed that most taxi tours took the tourist to this point.
