A good range of pools at different temperatures and chemical levels, including sooner that are adult only. Well supervised by life guards. Private pools and saunas for an extra fee. Likewise for hydraslide area. There unfortunately was a 'brown out' in our pool but quickly...More

A well organised and easy access facility for all visitors. The Pools offer many options of entry and visit to suit each individual. The Spa massage is lovely and they have nice products for sale.

Lovely atmosphere and only a slight cost extra to allow you to come back in the same day so you can explore other activities. Kids pool was heated nicely and allowed the kids to go under the water.

We went with our two young kids (7 month & 20 month old) they loved it, the staff was awesome too, we got a return pass in the morning & return that afternoon for another swim with the kids. Kids under 3 are free!!!

Very surprised as some hot pools can be a bit naff. Hanmer Springs was the opposite with a great range of pools set in well maintained landscape. Plenty of room even on the busy day we visited. The hydro slide a favourite with the boys....More

This is somewhere we come probably 4 times a year and each time I think why spend this much. I think $24 for an adult is overpriced, some families must have to save hard to take their family there and then there is the hydro...More

He maybe best to call healthline. The thermal waters are natural so he should be ok but best call a professional to be sure.
