Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stunning beach but avoid the MISTRAL kiosk and go to the VELIERO!!!!!
The waiter has no clue how to serve customers. Courtesy is not at home here. He will continue to tell you to "learn to live in the world" when he doesn't know the basics of customer service and courtesy. They just have the luck of the location. The kiosk next door "il veliero" is much more welcoming, with professional waiters, much more refined and much more affordable prices.
Luckily there is still choice!!! Mistral to be absolutely avoided: go to the Veliero, next door!!!!

The beach is beautiful. White sand, although not exactly clean, and crystal clear sea. We took advantage of the umbrellas at the Red Sun village, which must be booked the evening before at the resort. The Mistral restaurant is excellent, which also has bathrooms and a paid shower (50 cents).

Beach quite wide, but very busy. A little posidonia settles on the shore, but moving the water is spectacular as the red rocks that surround the beach. Also appreciated the restaurant il Veliero.

Wide and quiet beach, although crowded. Possibility of free parking. Beautiful sea. We had lunch on the sea view terrace of "Il Veliero", all excellent: grilled octopus, seafood fregula and spaghetti with clams and bottarga. Congratulations to the owner, very kind and to all the staff.

Friendly staff and good food. so the perfect escape from the boring hotel buffet. Worth to stay the whole day and the sandy beach and water perfect, also for little children.
Missed the cleaning of algae and sea weed in the mornings. here they could do better.

The sand is nice, and goes out under the water therefore very nice to go to. Although we were there in September, so probably not high season, it didn't stop the beach being rammed end to end.
Also there is one particular nasty trait of Italian beaches which this one takes to the extreme. That is charging for two uncomfortable beds and a lousy umbrella. This one has a special area set aside for the hotel we were staying in, and had a welcome sign and reception area. When I asked what the price of the beds were, the reply was €15! I asked whether there was any special value to being a hotel guests, and the typical alpha male Italian guy who fancied himself simply shrugged his shoulders and said I could choose where sat!
We never went on the beach except on hotel towels and an umbrella€ 5 we bought from a local shop. I could easily afford beds, except for the fact that I would be sick at paying these cocky guys that sort of money.

One of the most beautiful beaches between Santa Teresa di Galluta and Castelsardo. White sand, clear water and magnificent red rocks serving as a frame of a magic picture.

Lovely sand, rocks and clear waters. Choppy at times but then it's surfing time! Bars and water sports hire. Lifeguards and flag warnings. On a good day, sunny or breezy it's very nice especially if distant storm clouds lurk on the horizon.

Buonasera, la spiaggia è adatta a bimbi di 3/4 anni? Si parcheggia con facilità o il parcheggio dista molto? Cioè c'è molto da camminare a piedi? Grazie
