I visited the palace expecting to see Masonic Jewels from the Knights Templar. I did not see any Masonic instruments but this is a fantastic way to spend an afternoon. Also walked in the massive moat surrounding the Palace. Very nice.

This Castle is amazing! We walked from areas that were ancient into gift shops and restaurants that were modern all within 5 minutes. There are signs explaining sites within the castle walls but I’m sure a guide would be able to give a better story....More
We stayed just outside the walls but went in most nights for dinner or in the day for a walk round or cold drink. Would definitely recommend to anyone as is really nice and great architecture everywhere.
