Read about this place on tripadvisor so decided to give it a go. Didn't get a tour offered as mentioned in some of the other reviews but still worth the nominal fee in. The art installations are interesting but it definitely does have a bit...More

The tour was very interesting and not boring. The guide was lovely and was amazed at her ability to conduct both a Greek and English tour at the same time. She was very informative with a great sense of humour, definitely worth a visit and...More

This is such an unusual setting that it is well-worth seeing. This was a bomb shelter during WWII under the city and there are spots where you can see tree roots growing down through the street above. There is a nominal admission fee and the...More

Saw this as a place to visit and tried to find it. You know that you will struggle when the locals haven't heard of the place. We trekked round the town looking for the entrances but found nothing apart from something that looked promising at...More

Well worth a visit, gives a great feeling of how the island population sheltered during WW2, some really good art on show which in the surroundings only enhances the eerie feeling

There isn't much to see in the shelter (there was an art installation when were there, but still not much). That being said, it was an interesting trek to see how big the shelter was and to learn a little of Milos during WWII.

This bomb shelter consists of a series of tunnels and rooms built into the rock. We went expecting to just wander round the tunnels and look at a few photos, but it has been turned into a wonderful art installation, and you keep coming across...More

Among the most interesting places to visit on Milos island. Educational, and lots to learn. Recommend seeing it in the evening when it's cooler outside.
