This was a fantastic find. We expected it to be a boring museum but instead spent a good 3 hours here. It is well sign posted and has a free car park but the car park is a couple of minutes walk away. The staff...More

The museum is interesting and explains the process of harvesting the salt really well, in addition it has a nice collection of pottery and art works that are connected to Salt, Quimper pottery etc

We visited because it was raining, but even in bright sunshine this is a very good museum. All about " les paludiers" , the people who get the salt out of the sea, and about the tools they used. So interesting. Next, visit the saltpans...More
