Easy to get to, free parking. Well informed and multi-lingual receptionists. Lots of WW2 items that have been uncovered locally and donated. Interesting 15 minute film of people directly involved during the war, with English sub-titles. Some of the English descriptions on the hand outs...More

Worth a visit, lots of information available in English. If you are agile enough you can climb up the fixed metal ladder right to the top. A must for World War 2 fanatics.

We visited on our way back from Saint Nazaire and it was well worth popping in. One good thing about it is that you get given English translation sheets which means you can understand what is going on. This museum is very well thought out...More

This imposing building is a fantastic place to visit. Very good displays of artifacts and mock-ups of rooms, with documentation in English so you know whats going on. Also, you can climb all the way to the top where there is an excellent 360 view....More
