Breathtaking. Almost missed this as there was only a sign in Irish. The walk down to the pier was incredible. If you're a photographer, do not miss this opportunity. It's a steep walk down, so keep this in mind when walking back up. It's difficult...More

Could have easily missed the sign -so glad we didn’t. Lovely views of the Blasket Islands. The walk back up makes you grunt a bit.

We knew where it was and still almost passed it! Beautiful scenery but be careful and not get too close to the edge.

This is so worth the stop along the drive. I recommend taking some pictures from the top. We went to the left of the walk down and then walked out above it. Very muddy and slippery so I was glad I had on hiking shoes...More

I was so pleased that we decided to stop to visit the pier. It was a very steep walk down to the pier and back but the view was stunning

You can park at the top of the pier. That is where the ticket office / shed is for the Blasket trips and there is plenty of places to park around it
