Spectacular sight not to be missed. Set back from the road, it takes around 2 minutes to get to the site. Well worth the (slight) effort to view, the falls are yet again just another to nature's wonders in the wonderful country of New Zealand.

A lovely force of nature we visited after a night of heavy rain So the falls were very active in full flow. The falls are a very short walk from the parking area and easy walking. Don't forget your camera most impressive photo shoot.

Well sign posted and good parking, a brief walk to the falls (No dogs) with a great view, you can take some time to sit by the water on one of the large rocks and just take some breathes

Traveling from Franz Josef to Queenstown we had the opportunity to take a break at this beautiful natural attraction. The walk is short, it's flat and the trees along the path are awesome. Great falls.

The view of these natural waters was truly spectacular and easily reached on foot from the road. A lovely spot!

This was a scheduled stop for a bus driver change over. The scenery made it a pretty place for passengers to have a leg stretch while the drivers switched over. If you're driving past and need a rest this is an easily accessible scenic spot...More

Easily accessible off the road and well worth the stop off. Beautiful falls and river stream, makes very picturesque photos. Not busy at all when we went, perhaps we were lucky, but no other tourists were here. Definitely slap on the mozzie repellant, we were...More
