Not a good time to visit this place during winter. That's for sure. No lavender to see... just a plain, dry, brown farm with a bit of brown grass.More

Thanks for your review. You are correct we are not officially open over the winter months. We do however usually have the Lavender Farm Shop and Honey Shop open to enjoy and our farm animals are allway here to welcome you on the farm. Our...More

The family-run Lavender farm has something for everyone - from the seasonal lavender, to stunning gardens and cute farm animals including alpacas, lambs and highland cattle and a wonderful tea shop (try the awesome lavender ice cream).

It is not far out of town but probably not safe to walk since there are no sidewalks. As others have suggested either hotel transportation or a taxi is best.

We were there in November and the lavender was just starting to bloom. You could visit anytime of the year, we loved it and will go back when we are in the area again.
