A good hour spent admiring the many beautiful cars and planes at the museum. I particularly enjoyed the film/video displayed on the monitor. A lot of very interesting information.

It was lovely to be in a museum that was clean an clutter-free. The old cars there were in absolutely beautiful condition, and there was information about the different things. This museum was very nicely presented and was interesting to have a look at. People...More

There were fewer planes than I expected, as I thought they would be the main items on display. But the cars were breathtaking. I have never seen such a collection of beautiful old cars in such immaculate, showroom condition. I could hardly take my eyes...More

My husband and two friends just loved this display. Were here for about four hours and only left because it was closing. Maybe you have to be interested in flying but they loved it - couldn't stop talking about it for days.

Who would expect to find a Duesenberg in Wanaka ? A good collection of other classics too - several Packards from 1918 onwards through to a trio of Mustangs and some early Harley Davidsons. I'd choose the '61 Corvette to drive home in.

The cars in the exhibition are incredible - even our 14 yr old daughter who isn't interested in cars was impressed. A good way to fill up a couple of hours, especially on a bad weather day.

I probably agree with the other recent reviews. Some absolutely fabulous cars on display and an interesting display on a local pilot but few planes compared to what it used to have. The displays do change though to keep it fresh. It is also home...More
