We had a hot tub for four of us. The whole set up and experience is perfect. Having 360 degree mountain views through sunset and into the night was heavenly. The set up for bringing your drinks and nibbles along is most accommodating and well thought out. Highly recommend this experience after a day skiing or just because you can!

This is such an amazing place with lots of privacy. Hot tubs are amazing and so relaxing, especially after a whole day of skiing. The owner is a very nice guy. The water is re-filled after each customer so it's always clean. If you want to stay overnight, this place is suitable for motorhomes as there are no chalets at this stage.

We were lucky enough to have a night stopover at LandEscape, with the hot tub and campervan site. Wow this place really is amazing. The owners Rik and Juliette were wonderfully welcoming to this special piece of paradise. Juliette even let our 12 year old son drive her 4 wheel buggy.

This was an amazing experience! We booked for the hot tub session only but ended up staying the night on the grounds as it looked so nice. We brought some cheese and wine and enjoyed star gazing in the evening, and waking up to the mountains. We also hopped back into our private hot tub in the morning - still very warm!
This is well worth the visit, thanks Rick for a peaceful and unique stay. And for the local tips 😊

With every accommodation, the starting aspect is always the host. And our hosts, owners Rick and Juliet were exceptional. From booking in advance via email up till our checkout date, they were nothing but warm, friendly and extremely lovely people ❤️
On the check in day, we’re were extremely delayed due to our hike up Mt Isthmus, and we’re only able to reach at 8pm. Poor Rick rode out on his e-bicycle just to meet up with us to bring us to our camping spot in the dark.
Even though it was a cold and cloudy night, we got lucky. The hot wood osen in the night, 1 hour of clear starry skies and beautiful scenery was magical especially after a long day of hiking.
So magical that I took an arrow to the knee and proposed to my partner there. Turns out, 3 proposals in a week, and 2 on the same day explains what type of place it is.
They even let us feed the lambs in the morning! Their sim Spencer, a really cool yet hardworking dude, got us bottles and we fed the lambs while having a chat about the future plans for the place. We can’t wait to be back!

We stayed here 2 nights and really enjoyed it. There are 2 sites but they are far apart so you don’t notice the other guests. The stars are amazing and it is just a really relaxing atmosphere.
The hot tub was great, especially after walking up Roy’s Peak!
It’s not one of the cheaper options, but we’ll worth it if you can.
The owners were nice with great plans for the future so we will check it out again if we are in NZ again.

Loved our Eco Stay here! The peace and tranquility here is priceless, gorgeous night sky with so many stars worth getting up later at night to see. The hot tub is amazing quite an experience. Loved going for a walk along the ridge with the sheep as company. We enjoyed hearing the owners plans and sharing of knowledge about a more sustainable way of being. Highly recommend this experience.

This place is one of a kind, Rik and Juliet are both fantastic and so kind. I decided that landescapes would be a perfect destination to propose to my long term partner and after reaching out to Rik to organise something I knew I had picked the right place. They were unbelievable organising everything for me over email and very detailed and super helpful with organising a photographer for me and making a beautiful afternoon platter with a view to die for on a specially made deck at the top of a hill on the property. I can’t thank them enough for all their help and efforts to make this such a memorable time for both myself and new fiancé. Definitely recommend, I couldn’t speak any highly of this place and the hot tubs with the star gazing views are a perfect place to get away from everything and have a relaxing night away

Highlight of our trip to the South Island! Rik and Juliet were so accommodating and welcomed us as soon as we drove in to show us around the hot tub. We stayed from sunset well into the night. The landscape was so beautiful and peaceful and we have never seen the sky full with so many stars. The hot tub was the perfect temp to warm us up with a bottle of wine. Can’t wait to visit again next time we return!

I found this awesome place on Google maps so we decided to check it out. Called in the late afternoon on the day of the stay, and Rik was kind to accommodate us. He had our hot tub ready when we arrived, and even provided power and fresh water to our motorhome for the night.
The tub was great and we had an amazing view of the stars and mountains while enjoying wine and cheese. Also had a blast chasing sheeps and chickens in the morning. We really enjoyed the hospitality provided by Rik and Juliet! Thanks for the great time, will definitely come again!

We had an amazing experience with this company. They pick us up in Wanaka and took us to their place where we got the Ebikes and a run down of the area. Fantastic landscapes and the route we took was epic... the river, the lake and the countrysides were breath taking. Then we came back and we had a hot bath looking out at the mountains. We totally commander this.
