Renting from Snopro meant we avoided the very busy rental pick up at Cardrona. Also took the time to make sure we were happy with sizing of everything. Organised online from Australia and when I made a mistake in the ordering they helped sort it out without any problem. Delivery and pick up was great. Excellent quality ski gear and service. The equipment arrived promptly on time by a friendly chap named Kris. We had able to alter what we needed without fuss or bother. The ski equipment is superior to other gear we have hired in the past from other rental agencies.
It is so nice to avoid queues at rental stores by having everything we needed dropped to our place of stay.
We will recommend Snopro to our friends.

Excellent service with friendly professional staff coming to your accommodation to personally fit your ski gear. This is the second year we have used this service and will continue to in the future. The ski gear is also the best rental gear we have hired

I would totally recommend using Snopro! The service was excellent, from start up finish. The online ordering system is simple and if you have any questions staff are more than happy to advise you along the way. The lovely Maddie came out to our accommodation on the evening we arrived and fitted each of us and ensured we had all the right gear.
We had an awesome 5 days of skiing and then Snopro staff collected our gear at the end.
A brilliant service that made organising our first ski 🎿 ⛷trip simple!! I would use this service again for sure.

Used Snopro to hire skis, boots and helmets and get ski passes in advance. David from Wanaka branch provided a very professional service. We arrived late to our accommodation but were able to email Snopro in advance so this was no problem. They were waiting at hotel with preordered ski gear which we could try on in the comfort of our own room and it all fitted perfectly. Good quality gear and overall a no hassle service. Should save plenty of time on the mountain. Recommended.

We hired all our snowboard gear for our family including clothing from Snowpro. The gear was great quality. The team were really helpful. We extended our rentals a day which was no issue at all. It was also easy arriving at the mountain with our gear rather than joining the queue to hire gear on the mountain. Recommend.

This is the 7th year or so we've used Snopro. It saves a lot of time on our part to have them turn up at the house. The equipment is high quality. The boots are fitted perfectly. The price is reasonable. Makes for a very good business model - why lose time queuing on the hill or in a shop?
On the rare time (once) something has gone wrong, they have gone to lengths to make it right. And I have all the previous years bookings in the system so I can see the kids ski progression.

Damien is super helpful. He would make sure the boots are a good fit. They are also flexible with pick up when our original plan was changed. A prompt response in the evening wasn’t expected, but that gave us peace of mind and can plan the last day of the skiing smoothly.

Would highly recommend Snopro for ski hire in Central Otago. They drop and pick your skis at you accommodation. Super friendly helpful staff and have never had any problems with the gear. Makes hiring ski stuff so easy
