We did the pack raft trip and it was awesome, can't think of a better way to spend the day in Aspiring National Park - the team were great and we had the best day we could hope for.

From the moment we were picked up, our guides were friendly, professional and focused on giving us a fun and safe day out. Our kids loved the experience, as did we. The scenery was outstanding, the gear was all in really good condition, and we felt safe and well looked after the whole time. We loved both the waterfall walks, and the food was delicious! A fantastic day out that we didn’t want to end. (We would have loved to stay on the river a bit longer!) Thanks so much.

Pack rafting down the Matukituki River from Raspberry Creek. What an amazing experience for our family. They were really well organised. Nothing was too much trouble including catering lunch for our daughter with her many food intolerances. The scenery was stunning, the rafting fun and the walks to the waterfalls amazing. Would definitely rate this as one of the best things our family have done together. Teenagers all enjoyed loved it as well. Great value for money for a whole day adventure.

An actual quote from my girlfriend, with whom I took this trip. Hey, our guide was awesome, the scenery was spectacular (as was the weather!), and everyone on the boat had a blast. The "circles" reference is to the 360's that the guide did in wider parts of the river, which added to the sense of adventure. The walking tour was interesting and gave us the opportunity for some awesome pics. We would highly recommend this adventure!

One of the best organised days out I've had so far in New Zealand. I've never been on a jet boat and absolutely loved it. It was so much fun and on top we received lots of information about the nature, wildlife, mountains and LOTR film spots surrounding us. Plenty of stops to take photos of the breath taking surroundings as well. After being dropped off we embarked on a nature walk through native forest (Middle Earth really does exist, you'll see) before having lunch at a secluded beautiful beach by the river... and don't get me started on the lunch! I can eat a lot but this was the biggest yummiest sandwich ever, not to mention the little treats included for everyone. Courtney, our guide and white water royalty, was funny, extremely knowledgeable and absolutely awesome and I felt completely safe when out on the river. There is enough time to practise your skills on rapids, float down the river, enjoy the breathtaking scenery and have a swim (or skip stones as the kiwis like to do). Personally I didn't want the day to end. Unfortunately it had to but real fruit ice cream for everyone made it much easier to bear. I'll be joining this trip again whenever I am back in beautiful Aotearoa.
