- Kasey JSydney, Australia12 contributionsGo on, you deserve a treat.Booked in for a couples massage. What a delight! Our masseuses were very lovely and I felt so good afterwards. Finished with a bath in the courtyard area outside our massage bungalow. The feedback I’d give is just that it would be nice if the experience included a longer bath. We got 15 minutes and it probably wasn’t long as we’d like to relax. The glass of bubbles was a nice end to the experience though, sipped in the bath while cackling at how all the food we’ve been eating on holiday had made us tubby enough to make the bath water overflow quite a bit, lol. Afterwards the shower, omg?! Where have showers like this been all my life. Jets all the way up the wall + a rain head. No part of me being cold and exposed but being fully embraced by warm, restorative water. Like a hug. 🤗Visited August 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 1 August 2024

Very disappointing when going to a spa to relax. Unfortunate that Sheraton decided to continue services at the spa during active construction. To pay full price for an hour of saws, Jack hammers and cranes is unbelievable. The only reason 3 stars were given is because the staff and massage therapist were absolutely wonderful. Would not recommend. What I would recommend is that Sheraton/Westin discontinue spa services until it is truly able to be a relaxing experience. I feel like a paid for something I did not receive, a relaxing experience that included a massage.

The Westin is under renovation however the spa is still operating. Ayesha was fantastic and applied perfect pressure for my hour massage. Surroundings were great however need to mention it’s open air.

I have sent them 3 emails post visit however no one has bothered to respond. I have been there before but my most recent visit was a horrible experience. I have explained why in my email to them directly.

The Westin is under renovation, but the treatment was still fantastic. Big Thank you to Shayal who greeted me and the magic hands of Sanjini who did my treatment including one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Thank you so much it was so relaxing. I look forward to my next visit.

Absolutely Amazing! By far the best spa we've ever experienced. We visited 5 years ago and had to go back. They never disappoint! From start to finish, everything is relaxing. If you are visiting Denarau, this is the place to go!

My Partner and I booked a couples massage at Heavenly Spa and it was absolutely beautiful!
Our therapists were Litia and Jocelyn. They were both so kind and lovely and provided us with the best and most relaxing service.

I was greeted with a lovely Bula from the staff at reception. The lady I had for my mani-pedi was just the sweetest lady EVER. was very friendly and kind, and I definately will return and see her before I leave. Thank you so much Esili for the incredible Service. I think this is a Must do if you visit here!

We recently visited the Westin Spa for a 90 minute couples massage and were somewhat disappointed with the quality of the massage for the price. The staff was very friendly, however we found the deep tissue massage to been performed very lazily. Even with some feedback asking her to go with a little bit more pressure she wasn't very receptive to feedback. At some points in the massage she was just using one hand and then switching to her other hand for a while, I've had quite a few massages and have never experienced that before it wasn't very good. You could probably go to a spa at Port Denaru or somewhere else and get a better massage for a cheaper price.

My husband and I went for a couples spa on our last day as a treat - old thin towelling bathrobes which barely covered. The person giving my husband a massage disappeared for 5 minutes(we had the 45 minute massage). Not a very good massage - we have both had massages before and the relaxing music stopped halfway through our massage and was not heard again. Our own private bath had people coming and going to the cupboard in the area and the bath not really for two adults. Cheaper and better to go to 'House of Tiare Orchid Spa'

My girlfriend and I did the Orange blossom. The length is suppose to be 90min but it went for a total of 80min. My massage therapist was also gone for 5 min and just left me there while my girlfriend had a head massage. Not worth it.

Not sure I had the hot stone which went for 90 mins. I think it was about 299 Australian

Hi there, I will be staying at Hilton resort for my honeymoon and was really looking forward to getting relaxing couple massages. As its in November do we need to pre book ? What sort of prices are we looking at ? Thanks - pat

you usually do need to prebook. pricing isn't too bad. around $100-$200 depending what you are going to get. have a look at their website for more info.
