This really is a remarkable sight to see. I don't recall all of the history behind it, but it is a n otline in gold of The Buddha incised into a cliff face on a mountain near Ban Amphur in the Pattaya area.

Khao Chi Chan is a park area in the shadow of a mountain(et) on which is lasered an attitude of Buddha. (The touching the earth posture).
