Clean store. Same parking lot as Costco. Everyone else was very friendly but their change room policy is crazy. The lady counted everything as an item, like everything. I tried on a dress that had a fake belt as in the dress fabric was extended with a belt that was completely attached to the dress (1 whole piece of fabric for the dress and belt, not cut) and she counted that as 2 pieces? She counted bikinis tops and bottoms as separate even though they have security attachments joining the two pieces. I've been to other Ross's on the island and elsewhere around the world and this was the first time I experienced this fine level of counting items.

My first experience of a Ross Store as first timer to the USA!! Wow wow wow - allow yourself time and be prepared for jostling with other customers on the skinny aisles - make sure you try things on as if you come from Aus the sizes are very different - the fitting room attendant takes all your items hangs them on her rack frisks them and then hands them back when you enter and exit - maximum 8 items. The brand names are incredible as are the mark down savings - racks and racks all in sizes - my Best Buy was my timberland luggage 🧳 I had to purchase to bring home all my bargain very very happy loved my shopping experience at Ross but if you like shopping and bargains allow yourself a couple of hours distraction free just to forage
