    Crowded but fun!
Unless you have a car on the island of Oahu, you have to rely on public transportation, including the bus, or the hop on hop off trolley. I opted to use the trolley, and I was on the very first run from Waikiki to the farmers market. I was able to get fresh produce for our week of vacation along with some interesting cookies, some unique popcorn, and grab a quick bite of breakfast and an iced coffee. There seem to be more prepared food versus produce at this particular market. I did have to wait for a second trolley due to demand and the 10 am was full. This is more a situation with the trolleys for this is the actual farmers market. I would recommend this for any travelers to be able to support the local, farmers and artisans.

    Fantastic ube fried mochi balls
Drove out there from Ala Moana and the drive took about 20 mins. There are quite a few stalls but many serve food. The one we especially enjoyed is the fried mochi ube balls ...3 for $5. There are many other food stalls that looked delicious but prices are quite high, imho. We went in February hoping to find some royal crown pineapples but none at all...probably not the season. There were quite a few stalls selling produce...we bought some fresh turmeric for $4 for a little basket. There were also stall selling honey which I would like to try next time I go. Great to head out to this market on a Sunday for brunch and at the same time, pick up some fresh produce, fruits, and flowers.

    Fun little market!
Nice, fun way to spend a Saturday morning. We took TheBus from Honolulu. Drops off right across the street from Market. Really loved the older gentleman playing the ukulele. Fresh veggies, a few local products for sale and food vendors. We had great acai bowls and street corn.

    A Quick and Tasty Visit!
We haven't visited this market in a couple of years. Wanted to revisit! Took the bus. Just a short walk up to the entrance. If I remember correctly, this market used to have more local artisans. I love to buy soap, lotion, etc from local creators. This market, yesterday, was mainly prepared food. There was a stall with fresh flowers and a lively band was playing. There were some stalls with fresh fruit and veggies, but more vendors seemed to offer freshly prepared food--come with a big appetite. We had a tasty banana shake! So much, though, looked delicious! While we enjoyed it, more artisans would have been appreciated! Note--the bus stop waiting area (back to Waikiki) was full and crowded. Opted to walk back to Waikiki. Only a 15 min-ish walk. Was a nice walk--was a rather hot day, though!

This used to be the farmers market to go to and it is still second best. Unfortunately tourists are being bussed in and that has driven prices sky high, yet there is a huge variety of foods, flowers and fresh farm products here.
Definitely recommend it but come early while selection is best

This is a decently large farmer's market with lots of variety of goods ranging from produce, fruit, sea salt, abalone, mushrooms, honey, and plenty of prepared foods. We arrived there at around 8:30am on a Saturday morning and things were hopping. the aisles were crowded and the vendors were busy hawking, and selling, their products. Prices on some things were a bit bit high, but some good and useful products can be found. It's not hard to find a parking spot; the real trick comes in fitting anything larger than a compact-size car into it and still be able to open the door enough to squeeze out of your car. Yes, the parking stalls are quite small. This is a fun way to spend a couple hours on a Saturday morning.

A must-see destination, the Farmer’s Market at the KCC always satisfies my Hawaiian food cravings - full of tropical fruits such as papaya, pineapple, sugar cane, passion fruit, avocado, longan, bananas, we immediately bought an açai bowl full of fruit, granola and frozen açai, an excellent way to detox the body. Hawaiian coffee rounded out my morning meal. We bought some wonderful baked goods from the La Tour Bakehouse - they carry an extensive selection of breads, granolas, lavosh, crackers, pastries not available in their restaurant. So many foods, so many things to try, it is such a pleasant way to spend the morning. There are lots of tour buses so be prepared for a very busy visit.

We visited the Kapiʻolani Community College by luck walking back from our sunrise hike up Diamond Head. I'm glad that the crowd was gathering so it peaked our interest.

The market has so many local options of fruit, veggies, chocolate and prepared foods. The place was packed but the crowd was moving decently. If you want to taste a local Hawaiian food straight from the purest source, this is a great place to visit.

An easy bus trip from Waikiki to what is described as a farmer’s market but is so much more. Drinks, food, vegetables, flowers and honey. So many food and drink options for breakfast/brunch. The ladies decided on healthy açai fruit cups while the boys made a beeline to the Kului Sausage outlet - my mix of sliced jalapeño with sauerkraut and the spicy sausage certainly woke me up. Well done folks.

Definitely worth stopping by after a Diamond Head hike. Lots of local food (breakfast/lunch + grocery-type), coffee, salts, and flowers. Easy & free local parking. Bummer you cannot eat or drink within, but still well worth the visit if in the neighborhood.

A crowded market with outdoor vendors, featuring fresh local offerings. Everything i had was excellent and fresh, served with a smile and an aloha. Get there early for parking and to avoid lines, they start packing up at 11;30.
