My husband and I visited the museum and learned some new things about Newport. It's free and worth seeing. The gift shop had a lot of interesting things as well.

The museum is upstairs form a small gift shop, located in the center of downtown Newport. The shop has a wide variety of gifts, especially books that you won't find anywhere else. It's a great little diversion.
