Commercialized, but an amazing look at tons of structures in the caverns! It was so hard not to touch the walls or structures! We're glad we stopped here!

Took the beginner tour, amazing sites and our guide (courtney? colleen? sorry forget her name) was excellent. rope course and zip line looked fun but we were hampered by lightening in the area and couldnt participate. Would definitely recommend.

No, the tour is not accessible. There are about 100 -150 stair steps and other parts of the pathway are steep and wet.
