Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Pleased to tour the visitor center. On the way out, I noticed Dave, Kev and the team rolling a chassis between departments outside. I was impressed that not only do they film building cars, but actually do all of the hard work too! Only take away that left me a bit disappointed was Kev’s comment when I asked what is was. He commented that it was OJ’s Bronco. Made me feel like an idiot and was uncalled for.

Surprised the Husband with the visit. He loves the show. Showroom/ Store open and manned by one of the members of the show. I won’t name which one because I didn’t know at the time who he was and probably unintentionally insulted him when I was trying to take a picture of just the Husband. Nice, polite young man. We were allowed to walk by the garage doors outside and look in, no pictures.

If you are into cars you have to do this tour. The tours are on specific Fridays due to possible filming schedules. It easy to book a spot on line and the price is very modest ($5). We really loved that this was very personal up close experience of the amazing work and people at Kindig It Design. Brad was a great tour guide and led us on a full tour in and around over 20 projects in various phases of work. The tour took about an hour. Brad provided us with a lot of information that will enhance the enjoyment of watching Bitchin Rides!

We made a slight detour on our drive into the States to visit the site of one of our favourite TV shows. Unfortunately we weren't there on a day of a tour --- next time.

We visited the small showroom and gift area. The cars are even more beautiful in person.

On the way out, we saw Kevin in the parking lot. We asked him if he would take a picture with two fans. He was very generous with his time and we chatted for a few minutes before letting him get back to work.

If you're a fan of the show, it's worth the stop.

We went to Salt Lake City for my birthday. One of the places we wanted to tour was Kindig It Design. Would certainly recommend this tour to anyone! From start to finish everyone was pleasant and friendly. Our tour director, unfortunately I never heard his name, but he was awesome. We got to speak to some of the guys working and they were so very kind. Ran into KevDog! He found out it was my birthday, gave me a hug and welcomed us there. All in all a great day!

went in and was absolutely UN-impressed with workmanship,,pricing,, customer service and state of the facility,,It was somewhat worthy of pity and i almost felt bad for establishment to how its portrayed on their little TV show,,The custom design was 2nd rate,, Mr "lil" D as hes known was pretentious and kinda weird,, and the whole experience was bizarro to say the least/// I would rather go to a state of the art shop that puts substance over "swap-meet" show,,,,,, and has a more evolved and independent brain-space to operate from rather than an immature and bandwagon for "props" .. follower disposition

Got connected with Will Lockwood through friends. Met him there at the shop, chatted and got a solo tour of the whole shop. Super nice guy. Shop was busy with work - it's a real working shop, not just a tv show! Their new paint & prep equipment is phenomenal. Got to see a season 5 features car and heard there will be a season 6 as well. Dave was there but busy with some other fans and business (i didn't want to bother). Great shop. Even greater people! I did some shopping and got some Kindig swag, too.

If you can't fill in the title, you probably don't want to visit this place. But if you can, and your wife thinks all you do is watch car shows on Velocity, then DO stop in for a visit. Per their website, you can call Baylee for a tour of the shop on some Fridays. I, of course, was there on a Thursday at the end of the day. I did meet Baylee, but Dave and Kevdogg were at a show in Arizona or something. It's like they didn't even know I was coming!

But back to the car stuff... If you're nearby, stop in and at least look at the showroom. Who knows what's going to be there? During my visit, they were displaying the 34 Dodge Brothers Sedan, the VW Bus, and that little red roadster that Dave bought to flip. All are works of art... but the Dodge is spectacular. Plus, there's artwork and photos all over the place. And, they sell T-shirts! Bummed that I apparently just missed the Copper Caddy.

Also, I marked that this place is good to visit for people on a budget, but maybe not those visiting with a car on a trailer. :)
