Leading the Industry As one of the first Dispensaries to open in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, we are committed to leading the industry toward higher quality and more diverse products. Our Dispensary is located in the north side of Garapan near nightlife, beaches, and shops. Visit us on your next excursion to the beating heart of Saipan.
