Not much to write about. Good facilities - lockers, showers etc. Three main pools at different temperatures. Clean and relaxing.

We were probably very lucky, but in whole public area there were only like five people with us. Glad I didn´t go to private pool, since even price for public is not very low. Neverhteless it is a good way how to rest after a...More

We reserved a private pool for 4 adults and a baby. It was so nice to relax and sit in the hot pool with the misty air around us. The pool is surrounded by forest with your own bathroom to change and shower. Highly recommend...More

A bit overpriced, very full of people and a lot of chlorine. I was under the impression they were more natural pools and not man - made We did have a wonderful couple massage, though and worth the price !

We headed to the pools after kayaking and enjoyed spending about a couple of hours in the pools. This isn’t the same as the natural thermal pools on North Island but it isn’t trying to be. There are 3 pools 40,39 and 36 degrees (approx)...More

We had a private pool after walking up to the glacier and gave us a great opportunity to relax but there is a real need for more staff training for the staff who greet you and take you to your private pool. For example a...More
