It's our privilege to guide you on the West Coast's largest and less crowded glacier. It is one of New Zealand's truly natural wonders.

Whether you are walking, heli-hiking or ice-climbing with us in this incredible environment, we can promise you a memory you'll cherish.

We have a long guiding history on the glacier (guided walks first started in 1928). Those years of accumulated knowledge and experience mean weare able to guide you with complete confidence.

You can rest assured we take your safety and comfort very seriously.

Come and enjoy our friendly West Coast hospitality, experience the mighty Fox Glacier with us and create a lifetime memory. We have glacier trips suitable for most fitness levels and ages including children from 9 yrs. Our informative Glacier Terminal Face walk is suitable for children from 5 yrs or for those who would find the walks onto the glacier too strenuous.

We took the Flying Fox helihike at $425 per person. As the weather forecast was rain, we were told upfront that we would get a full refund if the flight is cancelled, 60% if we were flown there but not allowed to hike and 30% if the hike was less than an hour. Thankfully we had weather good enough to... More

My friends and I went on the Fox it up Glacier climbing tour in Oct. 2016. All of us had zero experiences on climbing, not to mention glacier climbing. We took the helicopter to the Fox glacier. The view was breathtaking. Our guide Passang was very experienced and instructive. He gave us very detailed tips in ice climbing. After a... More

So worth the money and experience. exhilarating. Our guide takumo was amazing! Aim for the morning tours if you can, we were incredibly lucky as we were already on the glacier as the weather changed, all the guides came back with us that day when we ended, afternoon tour would've been cancelled. not sure when i'll ever go on a... We went there in Jan Summer. Understood there will be less snow but was so sad to see that actually the Glacier had almost disappeared.... The tour guides were great though. Trying to tell us where the snow used to sit... But it just made us feeling worse about the global warming.

The Heli-hike trip is amazingly spectacular. Great flight in and out and we spent almost three hours on the glacier. Our guide maximised out opportunity to see as many features as possible in the time we had.

My wife and I travelled up the west coast last week especially to see Fox Glacier and do the Heli-hike. It was worth every dollar. Our tour guides were amazing and knew everything there was to know about the glacier. Definitely recommend taking the time to get up to Fox and seeing the glacier if you have never been to... More

Wow! What an amazing day we had on the glacier with Callum and Sarah! I can't recommend the extreme heli hike enough. It was an amazing experience, by far my favorite of New Zealand. If you are having doubts about upgrading to the extreme over the regular heli hike do it! It was definitely worth it! That is if you... More

After an amazing heli ride to the glacier we quickly delved into ifs blue icy caves to uncover incredible sights. This was a one of a kind experience on top on an uncrowded glacier. Our guides had plenty of time to share their knowledge and help us make our way through tight ice caves. This was an once in a... More

We booked the 11.50am helihike and it was an experience of a lifetime. The registration was smooth and they loan you everything you need - waterproof jackets, small bag packs, shoes, socks, etc. All you need is your sunglasses (very important), sunblock and your camera! We took a bus to the helipad where we were then put into different loads... More
