Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The reserve itself is a lovely place to stop and have a picnic with so many big trees. There is also a walk on the south side of the reserve and is classed on the map as a 40-minute return walk. There were lots of small fish in the stream, maybe about 15cm long. The path was easy walking and will be amazing in Feb/Mar as there are so many blackberry bushes that need picking. The path kind of fizzles out and becomes overgrown and at that point we turned back around. There is a portaloo there also. We also checked out the old bridge over the road on Falla Burn Road, think this is connected to the tunnel which is further up the road.
