We have been visiting this theme park since we arrived in New Zealand. It is an awesome place to spend a day with family and friends. They now have the Playlab that was opened in 2019 where visitors can play online/virtual games. You can just bring your own food and drinks and eat in your car if you don't want to spend on food and drink (a bit pricey inside). Be sure to inform the staff at the gate before going out so you'd be given a stamp.

The staff could have been better. We went with a three year old and her ticket was $50 and the adult tickets were $60. We went to go on the gold rush ride not realizing she couldn't go on. We got to the front and she was so excited, until on of the ride staff said she had the wrong wrist band and sent us away to buy the $10 upgrade. She burst into tears since we had waited 30 mins to get on the ride which is a long time for a little kid. The ride attendant could have just let us on since the ticket prices were so similar. It was cruel to do that to a young child. The staff at the front where we bought the tickets were also rude and inefficient, causing a further 15 minute wait. This was just frustrating. I would expect better after paying a total of $170 in tickets before the extra $10 upgrade.

Was there with work mates for night rides, worst experience of our lives as we always spent 1 hour waiting on the line for a 1 minute ride. We only went to 4 rides due to long ques everywhere and then 20minutes to 11pm all the lines were closed. Their prices for night rides should be cheaper since it's only 5 hours 6pm-11pm otherwise have a limited amount of people to enter the park so that it is not too crowded in there and people can have fun.

We had so much fun at rainbows end, every ride was fun. The lines were luckily not long.I have been to Disneyland multiple times, and I can confirm that rainbow’s end is just as exciting. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Auckland.

Or maybe twice? It's the 3rd time I've been, once as a teenager, once as a mum with a toddler and today toddler is almost a teenager. She loved it! Her highlight of our trip to Auckland. Very expensive but I was prepared for that. My highlight was the customer service! Nothing was a hassle. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after 😊
